During this time he has attained a breadth of experience in operational and strategic asset management practices, including asset information systems and related business processes.  Using this knowledge and skill Geoff is able to quickly appreciate and consider client needs, providing sensible and practical advice and assistance.

Blake Slaven Asset Management & ADAC SpecialistGaining his initial training and experience working as a Designer for the large commercial engineering consultancy, Cardno MBK, Blake moved across to local government in 2000.  During his career, he has continued to develop his knowledge and skills surrounding civil infrastructure and has gained a comprehensive understanding of asset management principles and practices.

As a Council officer Blake held key roles involving the registration, valuation and reporting of both developer donated and internally-constructed civil infrastructure.  He is highly regarded as a skilled technician in this field and has been extensively involved with the technical design of the ADAC (Asset Design As Constructed) standard for over 10 years.

Ron Palima

Asset Systems Officer – Civil

Commencing in November 2023, Ron is the newest member of the Lion Systems team.  Ron has previous experience as an architectual designer with a solid knowledge of the CAD tools we use on a day-to-day basis.  Ron is quickly learning the skills required to prepare ADAC As-Constructed submissions while continuing to gain a solid understanding of civil assets within the local government business sphere and broader engineering environment.
