During this time he has attained a breadth of experience in operational and strategic asset management practices, including asset information systems and related business processes.  Using this knowledge and skill Geoff is able to quickly appreciate and consider client needs, providing sensible and practical advice and assistance.

Blake Slaven Asset Management & ADAC SpecialistGaining his initial training and experience working as a Designer for the large commercial engineering consultancy, Cardno MBK, Blake moved across to local government in 2000.  During his career, he has continued to develop his knowledge and skills surrounding civil infrastructure and has gained a comprehensive understanding of asset management principles and practices.

As a Council officer Blake held key roles involving the registration, valuation and reporting of both developer donated and internally-constructed civil infrastructure.  He is highly regarded as a skilled technician in this field and has been extensively involved with the technical design of the ADAC (Asset Design As Constructed) standard for over 10 years.

Lee Goldsmith

Engineering & Civil Assets Officer

Lee joined Lion Systems in 2015 while completing his final year of engineering studies.  Since graduating with honours and working with the business on a full-time basis, Lee has become a valuable member of the team, continuing to show a great aptitude for learning within a suite of rapidly growing professional competencies.  With significant skills in the capture, management and analysis of civil asset data using CAD, GIS and other specialised digital information systems, Lee has already become recognised by a broad cross-section of clients for his courteous and knowledgeable manner, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Oskar Hill

Asset Systems Officer – Civil

Undergraduate – B.Eng (Civil)

Commencing in October 2021, Oskar is the youngest member of the Lion Systems team and has successfully completed his 2nd year of a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).  Oskar has quickly gained a sound knowledge of the CAD, GIS and data management tools we use on a day-to-day basis while continuing to gain a solid understanding of asset management practices within the local government business sphere and broader engineering environment.

Benjamin Reeve

Asset Systems Officer – Civil

Undergraduate – B.Eng (Civil) & B.Env.Sc

Commencing in November 2021, Ben is the newest member of the Lion Systems team and is currently studying towards a dual qualification in the fields of a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) & Bachelor of Environmental Sciences.  While delivering on day-to-day tasks for our various clients, Ben is rapidly developing an understanding of where his two areas of study have practical connections and how engineering solutions effectively support environmental objectives across a broad range of public works.
